An Evening with Village Missions - Join us to HEAR what God is DOING and how You can be INVOLVED!

John & Carrie Smith, Newcastle, NE

A ministry team came from a Village Missions field in Ohio – Union Chapel. They spent several days on projects in our town: installed siding and a deck, re-shingled roofs, painted, mowed many acres, weeded many flower beds, and cut down some trees.
On Saturday, they helped our church host a Newcastle Good News Spectacular in the local park in partnership with CEF. We had live music, bouncy houses, a face painting booth, cotton candy and snow cones, giveaways, and a free lunch. That day 230 people participated (our town has a population of 300). Over 80 people heard the Gospel in an individual presentation, and at least two people put their faith in Jesus Christ. On Sunday morning, three new families visited our church. We have much follow-up to do!
