Bethel is reportedly Maine’s most beautiful mountain village; we are surrounded by some of the highest mountains in the state. The population is about 2,700 people. Bethel has one of the largest ski resorts in the east. Many people from around the country visit and enjoy this attraction. About 80% of the community has no religious affiliation, being affected by postmodernism and liberalism. We pray that the Gospel would go forth and that many would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
