Sunnyside Community Church is on the edge of the burgeoning metropolis of Metro-Portland. Over the last eight years, there has been tremendous development. However, the church’s immediate surroundings include several large commercial vegetable fields.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Please pray for the redevelopment of our children’s ministry post-Covid. Ask the Lord to raise up a team of dedicated workers to spearhead this very important ministry.
- Pray for the young couples of our congregation, both the newly married and those anticipating marriage in the months ahead. Ask God to guide them to build homes firmly rooted in his Word and reflect his intention for marriage and the home.
- Pray that Sunnyside Community Church would be empowered by the Holy Spirit and instructed in the Word of God to be the salt and light of the Gospel of Christ as they disperse to their spheres of influence and involvement each week.
