Our church has been assisting with a twice-monthly free clinic for homeless people in Coos Bay. A patient previously treated for 2nd degree burns returned to thank our medical staff and the chaplains who had prayed with him. Recently, we celebrated the ministry’s anniversary with cake and a video chat with the daughter of the clinic’s namesake. It is a blessing for me and our church to be involved in this ministry.
