I praise God for every opportunity to share “the Hope that is in us” with those without hope. I recently had the privilege of preforming a funeral for a family who lost their elderly mother. Though she was not a believer or a resident of our community, she wanted to buried here. I had never previously met any these folks, so asked I could meet with them prior to the service.
I was able to get to know them a bit and then to share my testimony and message of the Gospel with them. One of the grandsons seemed to be very open and attentive. This is just one of the many privileges of being part of what God has called us to here in this needy community.
