Prayer Spotlight

Many VM fields in the High Plains District (US) are very rural, and most have fewer than 1,000 residents. VM believes in the importance of rural churches such as these!

School graduations, the county fair, VBS…churches are gearing up for summer activities and ministry.

This area of southern Idaho draws many visitors but has few residents. Is the church here important? Village Missions believes it is!

The Shields travel extensively to visit churches, represent VM at Bible colleges and missions conferences, connect with ministry partners, and recruit new missionaries.

In the “Elk Capital of Michigan,” this missionary couple and church are preaching God’s Word and discipling people through church services, Sunday school, Bible studies, and programs for children and teens (including a Fellowship of Christian Athletes).

Praise God that this community church is discipling many new believers!

This small-town church has a large youth ministry that draws children from several communities.

Pray that this rural church in upstate New York would shine brightly as they share the hope of Jesus.

This small town still has two restaurants, a K-12 school, a library…and a community church focused on God’s Word and the gospel.
