Rocco & Kim Gammone, West Bethel, ME

I am learning about the power of a simple act of kindness, such as taking the time to chat with someone, offering an encouraging word, or inviting them for a meal. One morning as I was preparing a sermon, Bill walked into the church. As we talked, he admitted he hadn’t been to church in over twenty years. I invited him to our Sunday service and fellowship meal.

On Sunday, he brought his wife. They stayed for the fellowship meal and said they planned on returning the next week. It is a joy and privilege to preach the Word and love the people!
