The Father’s Heart Homeless Shelter of Oregon City contacted us one week before their annual Christmas dinner for the homeless. They needed ALL the food to feed over 150 people! We didn’t know how our little church could fill this huge order, but in faith, we presented the need before the congregation. Within an hour every needed item had been promised!

God multiplied the generosity of these people, and on the day of the dinner, the recipients clapped and cheered as the food, piping hot, poured in. A group of young girls from our church and neighborhood brought a couple hundred Christmas cookies to decorate with the homeless and sang Christmas carols for them. We learned to never underestimate the power of God working through the generosity of a small church!
