An Evening with Village Missions - Join us to HEAR what God is DOING and how You can be INVOLVED!

Terry & Jane Baskin, Grindrod, B.C.

Grindrod (population 1,500) is located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in south central B.C. The southern tip of the valley extends across the Canada-US border into Okanogan County in Washington State. Local industries include dairy and blueberry farms, vineyards, a saddle shop, a pub, and a sawmill. Many people move here for their retirement years.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

  1. Leading up to Easter, we will be going door to door inviting folks to our church and to share the hope of the resurrection. Please pray for a convicting work of the Holy Spirit in many hearts in our community.
  2. Pray for our youth group; several kids are from unbelieving families and have very little knowledge of God’s Word.
  3. Pray that we would be strengthened and filled with a fresh zeal for the task of making Christ known.
  4. Pray for our summer VBS, as most of the children who attend come from non-churched families.
