I doubt I will forget the events of one Sunday this summer. After church services, we headed to the Lake Almanor boat ramp for a baptism service. Sydney wanted to be baptized but needed her wheelchair. We rolled her in the chair out deeply enough to tilt her chair back and submerge her in baptism! This was the first baptism since Indian Valley Christian Fellowship began in 2012. It was also my first as a pastor! A teen girl, Lacy, went next, giving powerful testimony of faith in front of a dozen of her relatives.
