One Sunday, a local schoolteacher told me I was the focus of discussion around school the previous week. I expressed concern, so she explained. My sermon the previous Sunday was on 1 Peter 2 and respectful submission to rulers and masters. This teacher felt I was talking directly to her and a situation at the school. At work, she encouraged a couple other teachers to listen to my sermon online. They did, and together they decided how to respond to their situation in a way that honored God. They also agreed to start a Bible study for teachers and school staff. God’s Word gives wisdom for everything we experience!
