We tried new ways to bring the message of Christmas to our community. The children in our Olympian Club painted 72 rocks with nativity themes: shepherds, angels, Mary and Joseph, the star, Bethlehem, and baby Jesus. The next week, we delivered one painted rock to each house in Helix. On December 24th, we went caroling around Helix and gave bags of homemade cookies. The day was cold, but the warmth and love of our church family was excellent.
