We held a baptism service for two men, followed by fellowship at the river. One is a college student we’ve known for many years. He’s from an unchurched home and is a good friend of our son. We’ve fed, nurtured, prayed for, and coached him through the years. We rejoiced when he started attending church independently after being challenged by a Christian roommate at college. I’ll never forget the moment he asked me to baptize him!
