During our church’s annual Christmas program, the children and youth presented the Christmas story and the gospel. They posed the question, “What does God want for Christmas?” At the end of the program, each person unwrapped a present: a mirror. Then I gave an invitation to accept the salvation Jesus offers. Many remarked how moved they were by the thought that what God really wants is them.
