Last fall, our church formed a team to bless people who serve our community in various ways but are often overlooked. Since then, we’ve delivered over 70 thank-you baskets to the local restaurant, stores, retirement centers, daycare centers, rehab centers, a veterans resource center, and the volunteer fire department. The team organizer has done a wonderful job! In addition to carefully selected practical gifts, each bag has a note with the words, “Chesaw Community Bible Church wants to thank you for all you do. If you need anything or want to talk, give us a call.”
