Stanley is a small town of 81 people, located in northeastern Iowa. Surrounding the small community are farms with fields of soybeans and corn.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- We are in a drought, and many of the city’s shallow wells are collapsing or drying up. Please pray as the church looks to help the city bring rural water into town. Pray for the farmers and this season’s crops, too.
- Pray for us as we prepare for our daughter’s wedding in June.
- Pray for our church’s Vacation Bible School in July.
- Praise God for two new believers! One is an older man who has been watching our Sunday livestream since 2020. The other is a young woman who trusted Jesus Christ after one of our deacons assisted her during a difficult experience. Pray that both would grow in their love for Jesus, his Word, and his people.
