Wyanet is in north central Illinois along highway 34. It was first named a settlement in 1821 and used the local canal for trade via barges and mules until the railroad was built. Today Wyanet is a small farming community. It has a PreK-2nd grade school.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Pray for the relationships being built with the students and staff as we prepare and read monthly to the classrooms at the school.
- A mission team is coming from another VM partner church. Please pray for us as we prepare to host them. Pray that this will allow us to glorify our Creator, share the gospel, and establish meaningful relationships.
- Pray for wisdom and growth as we minister to the church, community, and our children.
