We had an exciting VBS week with an average of 30 children per day. Some had attended Awana, and some were from families we connected with recently. On the first day, when I stepped up front to pray, one child looked at a leader and asked, “What are we doing?” The leader responded, “We’re talking to Jesus.” The gospel was clearly presented several times throughout the week.
