We invited our community of 160 to a BBQ and games event for families in the park. My children handed out flyers to all the families in town, and we advertised on the community board. Nearly a third of our community came. We enjoyed interacting with the families and invited them to our church’s Kids Club. As a result, three new children from two families are joining the club, and one family has started attending church on Sundays.
