West Hoosick is a rural community in eastern New York, between Albany and the Vermont border. The community consists of the church, a cemetery, the local volunteer fire department, and small dairy and beef farms. Most people commute to a city for work. The church was founded in 1845, and we continue to worship in the original sanctuary.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Praise God for the younger families new to the church.
- Pray for the physical and spiritual health of our congregation.
- Pray for the relationships we’ve built in the community and that God will continue to bless them.
- Pray for our church’s ministries: a monthly luncheon, ladies’ Bible study, and a Bible study at the local retirement home.
