Jim & Lynette Karg, Murdo, SD

A family invited me to a picnic to celebrate the life of a Murdo resident. They asked me to say a prayer. I asked if I could also read some Scripture, and they agreed. The wind was fierce when we arrived at the park, and the family discussed alternate locations. We offered the church basement. Some church members quickly helped set up tables and chairs in the basement and bent over backward to make the family feel welcome and comfortable. God allowed us to bless the family and to share the Gospel through Scripture and prayer.
