McCleary is located in western Washington, about 20 miles west of the state capital in Olympia. McCleary has become a bedroom community as many residents commute to Olympia. We are close to the beach and areas for hiking, hunting and fishing. Our congregation is small but committed to Christ.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Pray for our church to grow in Christ.
- Pray that we would grow in numbers and that visitors would feel welcomed and loved.
- Pray for the women’s ministry. We have two weekly women’s Bible studies, and Karla is planning a women’s retreat in early May.
- Joe leads the men’s ministry and is grateful for the core group of men who meet weekly for fellowship and Bible study. A record number of men from our church attended the Men of the Cross retreat in March.
- Pray that our family would continue to grow in Christ and that we would be a godly influence and witness in our community.
