A man in our church told me he’d like to be baptized. When announcing to the church that I was planning a baptism, I invited anyone who would like to participate. A long-term church member told me afterward that she would like to take that step. Meanwhile, the man told his brother and sister-in-law about his upcoming baptism, and they requested baptism too. All four were baptized on the same Sunday, encouraging the whole church to grow in Christ.
