New Gloucester is in the center of an area commonly described as the most spiritually dark place in North America. Maine likely brings to mind the ocean, mountains, and pine trees, but our area also suffers from a growing housing and drug crisis.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Pray for the church to be able to reach out to young families through our children’s ministry, “Kids Quest.” This year we had a record number of children at VBS – an average of 80 per day.
- Pray for the church’s commitment to discipleship.
- Pray for continued unity in our church body.
- Pray for the Lord’s strength for Kathi and me as we minister.
