Sebeka is a small community in central Minnesota, surrounded by farmland, lakes, and dense woods. The area is known for its quiet pace of life. Dairy farming and other agricultural activities are central to the local economy. The history of Blowers Chapel is closely tied to the agricultural heritage and enduring faith of the families who settled this area.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Pray for our youth group. Several members will graduate from high school in May. Pray for their next steps. We need wisdom as we consider how to continue supporting them.
- Our church sets up a booth at the Wadena County Fair in June and serves free popcorn. Pray that we make new connections and have a gospel impact.
- We decided to do a 3-day VBS this summer to reach the children of our community. Pray for the volunteers and participants.
