Elk Plain Community Church is in Spanaway, an unincorporated area 12 miles east of a large military base and 20 miles south of Tacoma. The area has grown to be a blend of rural and urban and is transitioning into a shipping hub. Residents often commute to work. Many church members have ties to the military.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Please pray for fruitful Fall ministries, including our preschool and kindergarten, ministering to about 70 students each year.
- Pray for new families we will meet this year, that they will experience Christ’s love.
- Pray for opportunities to represent Christ and that many would respond to Him in faith.
- Pray for our adult and youth ministries to thrive.
- Pray that the church body grows strong and united.
