We had a man and woman break down next to our house. They were running on the spare tire with no extra wheel in case of a flat. They happened to be driving a vehicle which we could find no replacement tire for within 60 miles of our home. The local car repair place called everyone they could think of with no luck. We fed them cookies and protein bars, but by midnight there were still no leads. We ended up putting them up at the local hotel for the night and continued looking in the morning. With still no help in sight including utilizing social media, James and a man from our church drove them about 2 hours home to pick up the spare rim and get a new tire put on. After 21 hours they were on their way home. Jay shared the Gospel with them all evening and all the way to their house and back. We don’t know if they will make a decision for Christ, but it certainly wasn’t a coincidence that they broke down here.
