Elk Plain Community Church is in Spanaway, WA, on the outskirts of Tacoma, an hour south of Seattle. This was once a rural area, but it has become more suburban, bringing the problems of crime, drugs, and homelessness. Most residents commute to the greater Seattle/Tacoma area for work. The church is filled with people who love Jesus and love each other.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Please pray for a good year of spiritual growth in all our ministries. We have a preschool, men’s and women’s ministries, a skateboarding outreach, AWANA, a youth group, and a seniors’ ministry.
- Pray that God would keep the church united and focused on Christ and that we would live out our mission of evangelism and discipleship.
