Our community is in the beautiful Endless Mountains region of north-central Pennsylvania. Wyalusing is home to a baseball glove factory and a beef processing plant. These workplaces, as well as various truck driving opportunities, are the main means of work. There are some community events throughout the year, but our main opportunities for reaching the lost are through one-on-one contacts and through meeting people connected to the congregation.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Praise the Lord for the many people taking the Contenders Discipleship Initiative courses at our church.
- Pray that we can manage our time wisely to visit our congregation and meet their neighbors, families, and loved ones in the area.
- Pray for opportunities to bless the Volunteer Fire Department. Pray that we can influence them with the Gospel.
- Pray that upcoming outreach events point people to Christ.
