Yampa is a small community of 450 residents. It is known as the gateway to the Flattops—a mountain range in the Rockies resembling mesas more than traditional peaks. In late summer, hunters frequent the area. In winter, skiers pass through to the slopes of Steamboat Springs, 35 miles away.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
- Pray that our church will be a lighthouse, reaching our town with the gospel.
- Pray for a family in our church who are beginning outreach efforts to local children.
- Pray for our church members and leadership to remain faithful to the Lord.
